Keith has transacted on over $4bn of hospitality real estate and M&A, having operated in over 25 countries across Europe, US and the Emerging Markets.
- As Chief Investment & Development Officer for Ennismore, led the global investment, development and asset management of a $2bn diversified lifestyle real estate portfolio, corporate M&A activities including the landmark merger between Ennismore and Accor in 2021, and management platform expansion activities.
- As Senior Vice President –European Hotel Acquisitions at Starwood Capital, led the firm’s European hospitality private equity investment activities and originated and realised some of the firms top performing hospitality investment transactions, including successful asset and portfolio real estate repositioning strategies.

Jonathan Lee Jones
- Jonathan Lee-Jones is Senior Vice President, Investments where he leads the group’s acquisitions efforts across Europe. Jonathan has significant industry experience across lifestyle hospitality acquisitions, M&A and asset management.

Michiel van Soest
- Michiel van Soest is Senior Vice President, Development Management at LHC where he leads the group’s development efforts. Michiel has over 20 years of development and construction experience across various real estate asset classes.
- Previously MD Design & Development at Ennismore, led the design and development projects across a $2bn diversified lifestyle real estate portfolio. The portfolio consisted of 15 value-add transformative lifestyle real estate construction and redevelopment projects, located across high barriers to entry markets in Europe, UK and US.
- Led and delivered €1.0bn of complex and world-class real estate and mixed-use development and capex projects across Europe and the UK.
- Oversaw the Ennismore technical services team, and can draw on significant experience working across different project profiles, brands, investors, designers, contractors, planning consultants, technical advisors and project managers.

Josh Mintzer
- Josh Mintzer is Vice President, Development Management at LHC. Based in Miami, Josh is focused on LHC’s development efforts in the US. Josh works with local-US teams and the Europe-based teams to deliver high-quality projects for LHC and their investors.
- Formerly the Vice President of Development & Construction at Atlas Real Estate Partners, Josh was responsible for overseeing the multifamily development and value-added multifamily platform in Atlas’s portfolio of several thousand units.
- Prior to joining Atlas, Josh spent was with AJ Capital Partners developing hotels and mixed-use assets. Josh was instrumental in growing the Graduate Hotels (now part of Hilton) portfolio and brand across the country and is responsible for several thousand keys in different geographies in the US.
- Josh holds an MBA from University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Construction Management from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Sam Pardo-Preston
- Sam Pardo-Preston is Vice President, Investments, where he focuses on acquiring assets, portfolios and platforms primarily in the UK, Scandinavia, Iberia, and France, and develops strategic growth initiatives across LHC. Sam has significant industry experience across hospitality and commercial real estate investment in Europe.
- Previously, Sam was a Vice President at Starwood Capital Group where he worked on a number of high-profile hospitality transactions across Europe including public-to-privates, public equities, ground-up developments and complex refurbishment & repositionings. Sam worked on the landmark sale, ground lease and refinancing of the Principal Hotel Company, generating over £1bn in proceeds and winning the Hot.E Deal of the Year award.
- Prior to Starwood, Sam worked at J.P. Morgan as an investment banking analyst in the UK Real Estate team where he worked on a number of M&A deals across various commercial real estate asset classes.

Hadrien Monville
- Hadrien Monville is Vice President, Asset Management, where he is responsible for the asset management of the portfolio companies. Hadrien has 12-year experience in hospitality investment and management across Europe.
- Hadrien was previously Head of Acquisitions & Growth at The Usual Hotels, an ESG-centric private equity owned hotel company, where he formulated the group’s European growth strategy, and led value-add acquisitions.
- Prior experience includes a decade at Perseus Capital Partners as Director of Investment and Asset Management in the wider lifestyle hospitality field. Led the inception, growth, management and eventual sale of hotel portfolio Beaumier to KSL Capital. Asset management experience includes implementing portfolio-wide value-add strategies, investor relations, strategy and ROI analyses, capex and S&M oversight, and implementing strategic partnerships.

Kiernan Moriarty
- Kiernan Moriarty is Vice President, Design and Creative at LHC. He sits at the crux of our concepting and narrative approach to projects, curating and working closely with all of our creative partners from inception to execution down to the final detail.
- Previously Creative and Design Director for Estelle Manor / Maison Estelle, including brand and product creation as well as execution for the category-defining members club and leisure resort.
- 5+ years as Managing Director Roman and Williams Building and Interiors, leading all aspects of the design creation and execution alongside the founding partners and team of 25 architects and interior designers.
- Lifestyle hospitality experience includes 20+ hotel developments across the United States and Europe, in addition to dozens of restaurants, co-working, leisure and wellness facilities, multi-family residential, and cultural projects. Specialized focus in adaptive reuse of historic buildings.

- Jas Mlait is Vice President, Finance and Fund Management, where he is responsible for the Group’s financial strategy, including reporting and operational control. Jas is an experienced real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in professional services and fund finance.
- Previously, Jas was Director at Revetas Capital Advisors, a CEE focussed Real Estate Investment Manager where he managed the Fund Finance function across a number of cross jurisdictional regulated funds, with a focus on building out the operational framework of the function to support the strategic growth of the company.
- Prior to Revetas, Jas worked at LaSalle Investment Management as Associate Director responsible for investor and statutory reporting for a number of client accounts.
- Jas is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales gained at PwC whilst working on the audit of some of the UK’s largest Pension Funds.

She has worked on a number of real estate transactions including sale of Student Roost, recapitalisation of Mileway, acquisition of alstria Office REIT, de-SPAC merger of Gores Metropoulos II with Sonder, and IPO of Bridge Investment Group.

- Liubov Kryvko is Associate, Investments, where she focuses on acquiring assets, portfolios, and platforms across Europe, the UK, and the US. Liubov has significant industry experience in hospitality investments and operations.

She contributed to the establishment of a €100m+ Morocco hospitality fund in collaboration with the Moroccan government. - Previously, Alex was Fund Accountant at M7 Real Estate Limited, an M7 Investment Group Company, where he worked on multiple real estate asset transactions, including the launch of the M&G and TPG Real Estate AGLP joint venture.
- Prior to M7, Alex worked as Fund Accountant and Langham Hall responsible for investor accounting and reporting for a number of client funds.
